2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, role (player or scout).
  • Player profile data: age, gender, country, city, position, strong foot, and any bio you write.
  • Scout verification data: club/agency name, professional licence number, and official club email.
  • Content you upload: highlight video clips, thumbnails and related metadata.
  • Technical data: device, browser and usage information needed to run the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate the platform: displaying player cards, delivering video clips to scouts, verifying scout credentials, filtering the discovery feed, and communicating about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Identity Verification

Before we action a data request or delete an account, we may need to verify your identity. Verification is performed exclusively through info@nextballers.app using the email address registered on your account. We will never ask for your password.

5. Account Removal & Data Retention

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing info@nextballers.app from your registered address. We remove your profile, videos and personal details within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

6. Child Protection & Minors' Data

NextBallers is used by young players, so we hold minors' data to the highest standard. Players under the age of majority in their country must have consent from a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or uploading clips.

Parents and guardians may review, correct or delete a minor's data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to info@nextballers.app. All child-protection concerns — including any content or behaviour that puts a minor at risk — must be reported immediately and exclusively to info@nextballers.app. We investigate every report and remove content and accounts where necessary.

7. Sharing & Processors

We share data only with the service providers that operate the platform (hosting, database, video storage and email delivery), bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. Verified scouts see player profile details and contact information as part of the discovery experience; pending scouts see clips only.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Exercise them by emailing info@nextballers.app. We respond within 30 days.
