1. Who We Are & How to Reach Us

NextBallers is a global platform where players post short football highlight clips and verified scouts discover them. NextBallers operates the platform and is the legal entity responsible for it.

Legal inquiries, account removal and identity verification are handled only via this address. All requests are handled exclusively through info@nextballers.app. This is the sole official channel — no other address is authorised to action these requests.

2. Eligibility & Minors

Players under the age of majority in their country may use NextBallers only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By signing up on behalf of a minor, you confirm you are their parent or guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Accounts & Roles

You may register as a Player or a Scout. Scout accounts start as Pending Verification and unlock full player details and contact options only after credential approval. You must provide accurate registration information, including, for scouts, an official club/agency name, a professional licence number and an official club email address.

4. Content You Upload

You keep ownership of the clips you upload. You grant NextBallers a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store and display your clips on the platform for discovery purposes. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload and that every person appearing in a clip — including minors — has consented to its publication.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassing, grooming, or attempting private contact with minors off-platform.
  • Uploading content you do not own or that exploits any person.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, club affiliation or scouting credentials.
  • Scraping, reselling or mass-exporting player data or videos.

6. Child Protection

Protecting young players is non-negotiable. Any content or behaviour that endangers a minor — grooming, inappropriate contact, exploitative footage, or anything that raises concern about a child's safety — must be reported immediately and exclusively to info@nextballers.app. We review every report, cooperate with law-enforcement and child-safety authorities, and permanently remove accounts that violate this clause.

Parents and guardians may raise child-safety concerns, request a minor's data or demand account removal at any time via info@nextballers.app.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or remove any account that breaches these terms. You may end your account at any time by requesting removal through info@nextballers.app from your registered email address; we verify your identity before deleting your data.

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any scout will contact you or that any clip leads to a trial or contract. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextBallers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions about any change go to info@nextballers.app.
