Support email
Tell us the email address you signed up with, whether you are a player or a scout, and what went wrong.
Uploading your highlight
Clips must be 60 seconds or shorter, in MP4 or MOV, up to 100 MB. Your player card also needs your age, strong foot, position and country before scouts can see you.
Scout verification
Scouts sign up with a club or agency email and are checked before they can see player contact details. If your approval is taking longer than expected, email us with your club name.
Report a profile or clip
If a profile or clip looks fake or inappropriate, tell us and we'll act on it. Please include the player's name or the clip title.
Delete your account
You can remove your account and everything attached to it at any time from the delete page, or ask us by email and we'll do it for you.
How fast do we reply
Every message reaches the founder directly. We answer within 2 business days, usually much sooner.
